BEYOND CPL / QUALIFIED LEADS TO CLOSED BUSINESS
A lead has value
when it becomes a customer.
Some of my lead generation campaigns run at $30–$50 CPL. Those clients receive qualified enquiries, follow up, and close jobs worth thousands of dollars. The focus is the business those leads can bring in.
From roofing enquiries
to closed-won jobs.
This roofing client's CRM shows 12 opportunities marked Closed Won, with a combined recorded value of $160,356.58. Another 10 opportunities have quotes sent, worth $184,312.70 in potential business.
That's why I look beyond the cheapest lead: qualification, follow-up, quoting, and the ability to close a valuable job all matter.
Let's talk about your lead economics ↗Quoted pipeline value
CRM stage values are shown separately: closed-won value is recorded opportunity value; quotes sent are potential business. These screenshots do not establish cash collected, an ad-attributed revenue total, or a measured return for a specific CPL campaign.

Figures shown in individual campaign examples are separate from the recent monthly CPL summary above. Form leads are not confirmed bookings or sales. Purchase ROAS is Meta-reported attributed revenue divided by ad spend, not net profit. Purchase figures and spend refer to the individual campaign highlighted, not mixed-objective account totals. Campaign examples may overlap and are not added together. Client identities are kept confidential.
LEAD AGGREGATION / ACQUISITION TO MONETIZATION
I understand the lead.
And the system behind the sale.
I've worked with an agency generating leads that were sold to aggregators through a routing and auction system. That experience connects campaign decisions to sale outcomes and margin.
More than a lead count.
My work covered home service campaigns across HVAC, roofing, and bathroom remodeling. I understand how incoming leads move through a system, how sold leads are recorded, and why acquisition cost has to be assessed against the value recovered from a buyer.
The auction dashboard shows individual sales and profit outcomes, including unsold leads and negative-margin rows. Those outcomes are part of understanding the economics of lead aggregation.
In these agency campaigns, the Meta “Website Purchase” events represent the tracked conversion used within the lead-selling setup. They are shown as recorded events, separately from total leads.

RUO PEPTIDE BRAND / BEFORE & AFTER
Better results.
Measured beyond Meta.
I worked on scaling and improving a research-use-only peptide brand. Last month’s results compared with this month so far show stronger returns per dollar spent and a lower acquisition cost. The comparison includes both Meta reporting and real-order metrics.
| Metric | Last month | This month so far |
|---|---|---|
| Ad spend | $19,466 | $3,055 |
| Meta purchases | 72 | 25 |
| Real orders | 52 | 23 |
| Meta ROAS | 0.80× | 2.12× |
| Real ROAS | 0.63× | 2.32× |
| Real CPA | $374 | $133 |
| New customers | 36 | 11 |
| New-customer ROAS | 0.43× | 1.08× |
| New-customer CPA | $541 | $278 |
More return per dollar.
A lower cost to acquire a customer.
Last month, $19,466 in spend produced 52 real orders at a $374 real CPA and 0.63× real ROAS. This month so far, $3,055 in spend has produced 23 real orders at a $133 real CPA and 2.32× real ROAS.
That is a 64.4% reduction in real CPA and 3.68× the real ROAS. New-customer CPA also fell from $541 to $278—48.6% lower—while new-customer ROAS rose from 0.43× to 1.08×.
The improvement is in efficiency: stronger returns and lower acquisition costs. This month is still in progress, so its spend, orders, and customer totals are not presented as a full-month volume comparison.
Period labels follow the supplied reporting context: last month and this month so far. The current dashboard also displays a 34.7% share-of-spend field. Last month’s dashboard identifies 15 double-counted and 5 unmatched Meta orders, so real-order metrics are shown alongside Meta reporting. Brand identity remains hidden.
FEATURED CASE STUDY / ANONYMOUS HEALTH SUPPLEMENT BRAND
High spend.
Hands-on execution.
Managing $10,000+ in daily Meta ad spend across multiple accounts for one health supplement brand. Purchase performance, creative testing, and day-to-day account management at scale.
One brand.
Multiple account environments.
For this brand, I scaled accounts from zero to $40–$50k in ad spend within one week. The brand's advertising ran across multiple accounts, with restrictions creating interruptions along the way. My work covered creative testing, campaign optimization, budget decisions, and account-level reporting.
The scale of the work is separate from any single screenshot: the $10k+ daily spend figure describes my management experience across the brand's accounts.

Yes. Campaigns run in your own Meta Business Manager with appropriate partner access. Your account, pixel, audiences, and data stay yours.
How will we measure progress?+
